What People Are Saying About Us

Truest form of customer service is going the extra mile and they exceeded every expectation.

Tim S.

Stove is older so local stores do not carry parts understandably. Found stove and grill a few years ago and so far have never had a problem. Parts delivered fast and reasonable priced. Always willing to answer questions.

Ed E.

I would like to thank you so much for the help with my Whitfield pellet stove. It got here in 3 days, and it made my week warmer. Thank you again!

Daniel M.

Pellet Stove Won't Ignite? Grill Controller Failed?

Most repairs start with a symptom, not a SKU. Pick the problem that matches what you are seeing, then shop the part.

  • Grill Controller or Igniter Failed

Blank board, error codes, or a flameout mid-cook. We stock controllers, hot-rod igniters, and RTD probes.

  • Griddle Burner or Igniter Out

Cold spots across the plate, or one burner that will not light. Often clogged burner ports, a failed igniter, or a regulator stuck in bypass.

    Griddle Parts by Brand
  • Pellet Stove Won't Ignite

Pellets drop in but there is no fire. Usually a failed igniter, a dirty burn pot, or a leaking door gasket.

    Pellet Stove Troubleshooting Guides
  • Auger Won't Feed Pellets

The hopper is full but nothing reaches the burn pot. Often a jammed or failed auger motor.

Auger Motors and Pellet Stove Parts
  • Lazy Flame or Black Glass

A healthy pellet fire is bright, not orange and sooty. Check the door gasket and the combustion blower.

    Stove Gaskets and Glass
  • Pilot Light Won't Stay Lit

The flame dies when you let go of the knob. Usually a worn thermocouple or thermopile.

OEM and Aftermarket Parts That Actually Fit

We stock original manufacturer parts and aftermarket (AMP) replacements. AMP is labeled on the product. Not every aftermarket part is equal — we carry AMP that is built to fit and perform like OEM. If the part is wrong, return it within 30 days with no restocking fee.

How to Find the Right Replacement Part

Most parts are two or three clicks away. Start with your appliance, narrow to your brand, then match your model number.

  1. Start with Your Appliance

Every brand we carry is listed under its appliance type.

  2. Match Your Model Number

Your model is on the data plate — usually on the back panel, inside the hopper lid, behind the ash pan, or under the grill barrel. Brand pages are organised by model so you can confirm the exact fitment before you buy.

  3. Check the Manual and Diagrams

We host owner manuals, exploded parts diagrams, and troubleshooting guides so you can diagnose the fault yourself.
